Providing customised and specific planned preventative maintenance (PPM) support for commercial building operators, our packages include inspection, servicing, repair and certification with access to our highly reactive nationwide emergency support teams 24/7.
As well as working in line with SFG20 standards, CMS are committed to improving the energy efficiency of current systems as well as introducing new eco-efficient technologies allowing remote monitoring and control where possible.
Additionally, CMS’ customers can benefit from a dedicated in-house mechanical design team, delivering a complete solution from design through to install and commission.
Our specialist Commercial Gas, Heating & Plumbing division can provide your business with a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Package to keep your Heating and Gas systems compliant and running efficiently, reducing the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns and associated costs.
As standard, CMS’ Gas, Heating and Plumbing PPM includes annual, bi-annual or quarterly scheduled visits, ensuring maximum performance of your systems, providing compliance with Gas Safe regulations and therefore increasing the overall lifespan of the equipment.
PPMs can include localised tightness testing of pipework, gas installation safety reports (CP17 Gas Safety Record), combustion performance tests and examination of physical condition and safe functioning of appliances.
As part of your Planned Preventative Maintenance Package, you will also benefit from CMS’ 24/7 nationwide emergency breakdown service, ensuring your equipment is back up and running as soon as possible.
As a PPM customer, in addition to being allocated a dedicated Gas, Plumbing & Heating Technical Manager, you will also have peace of mind that all engineers attending your scheduled visits are Gas Safe registered, enhanced DBS checked and highly experienced in their field of work.

Due to our direct partnerships with manufacturers and stockists through our UK wide network of suppliers, our specialist Gas, Plumbing and Heating teams can typically provide same day repairs where possible.
After identifying the fault with your system or appliance, you will be provided with a digital report within 24 hours of the call out, detailing the works required to rectify the fault.

Our highly skilled and Gas Safe certified engineers are experienced installers of plumbing and heating systems from all the major manufacturers including Baxi, Potterton, Andrews and Powrmatic as well as others.
CMS’ specialist projects team are experienced in medium to large-scale commercial gas installation projects from design through to installation and maintenance utilising CMS’ in-house designers, project managers, joiners, electricians and building fabric engineers.
Working with leading manufacturers and as part of our commercial boiler installation services, our team can advise on the most eco efficient boilers, heating and plumbing systems to support your business meet its environmental goals including air source and ground source heat pumps and biomass boilers.
Each commercial plumbing installation project is allocated a dedicated designer, project manager and customer service team member, ensuring you are kept informed along every step of the way.
