In the unfortunate event of catering equipment failure, our customer support team are available to discuss your requirements and schedule a visit with a CMS engineer to assess the fault and carry out a repair.

Due to our direct partnerships with manufacturers and stockists through our UK wide network of suppliers, our specialist teams can typically provide same day catering equipment repair where possible.

After identifying the fault with your equipment, you will be provided with a digital report within 24 hours of the call out, detailing the works required to rectify the fault.
