In the unfortunate event of an electrical system failure, our customer support team are available to discuss your requirements and schedule a visit with a member of our NICEIC accredited electrical engineering team to assess the fault and carry out a repair.
After identifying the fault with your system, you will be provided with a digital report within 24 hours of the call out, detailing the works required to rectify the fault.
Our customer service and engineers are available 24/7, 365 days a year with a 4 hour response time for our engineers to attend site.
Due to our direct partnerships with manufacturers and stockists through our UK wide network of suppliers, our specialist Electrical team can typically provide same day repairs where possible.
