Four Seasons Healthcare required the services of one national supplier to provide specialist mechanical and electrical engineering across their 350 sites in the UK, ensuring the 20,000 employees could continue to offer reliable and comfortable care to their 14,000 residents.

CMS provides reactive emergency support and annual planned preventive maintenance contract covering boiler plant, hot & cold water services.

Qualified engineers (100% police checked (DBS), trained and qualified carrying industry-specific accreditations (Gas Safe, NICEIC, Chas and B&ES) with £10m of public and third party liability cover. CMS provides Four Seasons with contracted planned and preventive maintenance cover and emergency (24/7) reactive maintenance support.
