Having had a recent investment of £2 million, Dunston Hall boasts spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped health club with a newly refurbished pool and sauna, as well as upgrades to the golf course facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Dunston Hall was looking for a Mechanical & Electrical and building services maintenance company to provide contracted planned and preventive maintenance cover and emergency reactive maintenance support for the hotel and Country Club.

Additionally, this provider would also manage parts of the £2M redevelopment project relating to water and drainage.

SOLUTION

CMS Ltd has provided project management and upgrade of services management on a number of projects for the Q Hotel Group and was invited to tender for the project at Dunston Hall.

CMS worked with the Project Manager of the complete redevelopment, taking complete responsibility for the upgrades, testing and sign-off of the works.
